In fact, eggs can help you cope with the summer heat. The nutrient-dense eggs help in maintaining the fluid balance in the body, which is essential during summer. Eggs also keep your energy level high and help prevent fatigue and weakness, which is very common in summer.

Eating one or two eggs during summer is completely fine, but one should not eat more than that. Even bodybuilders and people who go to the gym should restrict their consumption to two-three eggs. Eggs do produce heat, so when consumed too many they can lead to an upset stomach.

One can eat eggs in any form, no form is better than the other. Though boiled egg could be a little more healthy and over fried eggs.
