KATHMANDU, Dec 20: A newborn baby was found dead in the toilet of an airplane that came to Kathmandu from the UAE.
Newborn baby was found dead in the toilet of the Air Arabia flight that landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) from Sharjah in the UAE at 9 AM on Wednesday.

TIA Spokesperson Subash Jha said that a female passenger was found to have given birth in the toilet of the plane.
He said, “The baby was found dead in the toilet. The baby looks like it was born prematurely. After the incident, the police arrested a female passenger and took her to the hospital.”
After the incident, the police took both the baby’s body and the woman to the hospital, he said.
