HUMLA, April 7: A library has been established at the district prison. The library was established by the 'Book for Prison campaign' sub-committee. As per the directive of the Prison Management Department, the 'Book for Karnali State prisons campaign' main committee was established chaired by head of Karnali Police Mahesh Bikram Shaha.

According to libraries are being established in all the ten districts of the State, said the sub-committee coordinator DSP Ram Prasad Ghartimagar.
The library has been established so as to provide reading materials for the prisoners and to also guarantee them the right to equality as envisaged by the Constitution, said Chief District Officer Dholak Raj Dhakal. RSS
