Issuing a verdict on Monday, the session bench of Chairman Baburam Regmi and member Dwarika Man Joshi and Pramod Kumar has given clean chit to Kosh Raj Wanta, Shailendra Kumar Shrestha, Basu Dev Oli and Sanat Kumar Basnet.


The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed charge sheet against the former top officials of APF charging them for their involvement in massive financial irregularities under the pretext of transporting various logistics for the APF.
