KATHMANDU, Aug 30: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and his spouse Radhika Shakya hosted a banquet in honour of the Heads of State and Government of BIMSTEC Member states in the capital today.
The VVIP guests from Bhutan, Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Thailand attended the banquet.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Oli introduced the VVIPS to former Prime Ministers of Nepal. The programme was attended by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, his spouse Shakya and the high-ranking officials from Nepal, chiefs of diplomatic missions, media persons and other social figures.
Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali and his spouse Saraswati Aryal welcomed the guests to the event.
The VVIP guests are in Kathmandu to attend the Fourth BIMSTEC Summit that began today.
