KATHMANDU, Dec 29: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has today appointed Ambassador Rishiram Ghimire as the non-resident Ambassador to Belarus. He is the ambassador to Russia.

President Bhandari appointed Ghimire as the non-resident ambassador to Belarus on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers and in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
