KATHMANDU, April 4: The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan Municipality and NATTA with local coordination are set to organize a Farwest Travel Mart with the objective to promote tourism activities in the Sudurpaschim Province. The travel mart will be held from April 8 to 10 in Dhangadhi.
According to NTB Executive Director Dhananjay Regmi, the Nepal Tourism Board has decided to organize 'Provincial Travel Mart' in each province in order to develop, expand the business activities of the tourism entrepreneurs of different provinces of Nepal and to establish business relations with the tour operators of the international resource market.
Far West Travel Mart 2022 concludes successfully
The Far West Travel March 2022 will promote tourism in the Far West by branding the ‘Beautiful Farwest: Shukla to Api Saipal’.Earlier, the NTB, in coordination with Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan Municipality and Dharan Sub-metropolitan Municipality, had also organized West Tourism Mart in Nepalgunj and in Dharana.
Attractive stalls of the pavilion, stalls of nine districts as well as tour operators, hoteliers and tourism service providers will be constructed in the travel mart. Local culture, cultural presentation and food stalls will be the attractions of the mart. For the promotion of domestic tourism, tour packages will be exchanged between the tourism business representatives of the seven states.
