Radisson re-launches new Italian menu

A new Italian menu was re-launched at the Olive Garden of Hotel Radisson on Tuesday. The event organized by the hotel aimed at promoting authentic Italian cuisines. Out of the re-launched menu, a variety of 11 Italian specialty cuisines under a three-course menu were served at the event.

A new Italian menu was re-launched at the Olive Garden of Hotel Radisson on Tuesday. The event organized by the hotel aimed at promoting authentic Italian cuisines. Out of the re-launched menu, a variety of 11 Italian specialty cuisines under a three-course menu were served at the event.


The three course menu comprised of starter, main course and dessert. Cappuccino Ai Funghi, mushroom soup with a thick layer of cream froth along with Insalate E anti pasto (salads), Pasta E risotto (pasta and risotto) and Arlecchino, a type of pizza was served for the starter.


Following the starter, Agnelloallagriglia con salsa di demi glaze (grilled lamb chop with herb flavored demi glaze), Polloallagriglia, marinato al pesto e basil (char grill chicken marinated with basil pesto) and Trotaallagriglia con salsa balsamicaglassata di cipolla e ananas (grilled trout with balsamic glazed onion and pineapple salsa), saint- emilion grand cru-french (white wine) and cabernet sauvignon (grape wine) were served as the main course.

The last course Dolci (dessert) comprised of Torta di melecalda con salsa e gelato allavaniglia, a warm apple cake, toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream with especial traditional Italian mascarpone cheese tiramisu.


The elegant décor with a peaceful ambience complemented the Italian dining at Olive Garden. All the prepared ingredients were equally rich in taste and texture. The cuisines presented in costly ceramics and glasses much enhanced the food texture. When it comes to presentation, garnishing is certainly one of the eye-pleasing factors that amuse the Italian food lovers. With the artsy strokes of caramel, the carnation petals and mint leaf garnished the cuisine to its best.


If you want to confine Italian cuisine under one single flavor, it is complex as it comprises of a variety of flavors with a range of diverse ingredients. There is an amalgamation all different and rich flavors that please the taste buds of both vegetarians and the non-vegetarians. The soft aroma of silky cheese with fresh wine is one of the especial combinations of Italian foods.


“From taste and quality to presentation and culinary styles, all the cuisines that we have served match with the authentic flavors of Italy,” said Utpal Kumar Mondal, executive chef at the Olive Garden.


“The new menu includes a wide range of Italian dishes covering the entire Italian courses menu. We import all of the ingredients from India, Italy and other parts of the world and bring here the Little Italy to our visitors who want to indulge in the authentic flavors of Italy,” said Anu Parajuli, assistant manager sales and marketing at Hotel Radisson.
