Nepal's ambassador to Lithuania pledges to contribute to strengthening bilateral relations

KATHMANDU, Nov 17: The non-resident Ambassador of Nepal to Lithuania, Pro Dr Ram Swarth Raya, has expressed commitment that he would continuously work to further strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries.

KATHMANDU, Nov 17: The non-resident Ambassador of Nepal to Lithuania, Pro Dr Ram Swarth Raya, has expressed commitment that he would continuously work to further strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries. 


The Ambassador presented his credentials to Gitanas Nauseda, President of the Republic of Lithuania amidst a special ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Vilnius on November 15. During the meeting, the President congratulated Ray on his appointment as the ambassador and wished him a successful, according to the Embassy of Nepal in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Dr Raya conveyed the Lithuania's President warm greetings and best wishes from President of Nepal, Ramchandra Paudel and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' for his personal health and happiness as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Lithuania. 


He also thanked the government of Nepal and people of Lithuania for their continuous support to Nepal in its efforts to socio-economic development.
