KATHMANDU, July 30: Bhim Rawal, a member of parliament from the main opposition CPN-UML, has claimed that the government has already agreed to the Millennium Corporation Challenge (MCC), an ambitious strategic project of the United States of America.
Speaking during the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting on Friday, Rawal claimed that the government has already signed international agreements including the MCC secretly.

“These kinds of agreements cannot be made without discussing them in parliament. Once parliament passes such agreements, only then can the government take them forward,” Rawal opined.
Rawal also maintained that the MMC is not in favor of Nepal.
