DHARAN, Sept 17: Senior Nepali actor Santosh Panta along with the chief of KTM Security Service Pvt. Ltd, Rameshwor Shah has been arrested on the alleged charge of sexually harassing a female security guard on Saturday.
Actor Panta and Shah allegedly sexually harassed a female security guard of Prerana New Girls Hostel of BP Koirala Institute Of Health Sciences during duty inspection on early Saturday.
According to security guards, Panta and Shah who reached the hostel at 2 am in order to inspect the duty harassed the female sentry under the influence of alcohol.
KTM had signed the security contract with BP Koirala Institute Of Health Sciences one year ago.
The victim filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Dharan but the police office denied to regsister the complaint saying that today is Saturday.
According to the victim Sabita Suyal, Shah and Panta reached the hostel with guard in-charge Rajesh Tamang and Inspector Bishnu Koirala.
